If you have purchased goods on the www.TARA24.lv website (distance contract), you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the goods within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the goods.

We recommend that you make sure upon receipt of the goods that they fully correspond to the one ordered (manufacturer, model, color, size and other important parameters) in order to avoid misunderstandings. In some cases, the product shown in the picture may give a false impression of its color or size due to the influence of light or location, and the picture may also be taken with a sample product, which may differ in minor design nuances from those on the shelf.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to return the goods to SIA APITEKS (if the goods have been received) within 7 days of sending a written withdrawal.

The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. This means that the goods must not have been used, and their original packaging must be perfectly preserved.

In accordance with Latvian law, SIA APITEKS will refund the amount paid for the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date you send your written refusal. Delivery costs are not refunded, except if the product does not comply with the terms of the contract.
